We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Kabishah by Shahzad. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please follow the return process outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition with tags still attached. You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
To start your return, please email or call us.
Exchanges
Please repack your item securely in the original manufacturer's box with all original packaging materials. Then box up your return. Ship via a trackable shipping carrier to the return facility address you will be provided.
Once we receive your return at our distribution center, we will inspect it and process the appropriate exchange within 5-7 business days. We will notify you by email with confirmation of your exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
On occasion, merchandise may be damaged or defective. Please unpack and inspect all products carefully upon delivery and report any damages or defects within 48 hours. You should have a recording video while opening the package for verification. Failing to show a video might reject the claim without discussion. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.
Expired or Short Dated Items
For health and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on expired items. Please inspect and use such items promptly after delivery.
Additional policies:
- Only unopened products are eligible for return/refund.
- Used products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products with opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned.
- Expired products cannot be returned or refunded.
